I am delighted to announce the publication of my books. These works are the culmination of over half a century of living and working in various countries and cultures, and each book offers readers a unique glimpse into extraordinary true stories drawn from my professional and personal journey.

My goals in writing these books are to share my controversial thoughts about both our glorious and shortsighted past, current lethal and destructive miscalculations, and future bright and dark eras. I hope to contribute to our adorable planet and to save her extraordinary contributive creatures we call animals from the cruelty and recklessness of the most harmful creatures on this planet we call human beings. Through my writing, I aim to inspire reflection, provoke discussion, and encourage positive change for both people and this magnificent world we inhabit.

I believe that by shining a light on uncomfortable truths and questioning widely accepted narratives, we can begin to chart a more compassionate and responsible course. My intention is not only to entertain but also to challenge readers to rethink their roles as stewards of the Earth. By blending frank honesty with wit, I hope my words will spark curiosity, foster empathy, and motivate us all to act with greater awareness and kindness toward the planet and all its inhabitants.

Throughout my lifetime, I have been fortunate to immerse myself in different cultures, astonishing locations, face unique challenges, and witness remarkable events. 
From creating a simple painting to the most complex global projects; my decades of studies, experiences and disciplines span in mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, architecture, construction, manufacturing, petroleum industry, Energy, mining, coal, commodity trading, politics, global intelligence and investigative due diligence, art, painting, antiques, hospitality, culinary, music and global lobbying.​

In my books, I discuss the details, complexities, and joys of success, and I provide solutions for each subject based on my experiences—from creating and selling a piece of art in my gallery to structuring and executing some of the most complex private and governmental projects around the world. Through these narratives, I aim to offer readers practical insights drawn from real-life challenges and triumphs. My goal is to inspire others to pursue their passions confidently, equipped with strategies that have proven effective in diverse scenarios.

 

I am result-oriented; therefore, some of my solutions may appear direct, uncompromising, and at times, unconventional, brutal and politically incorrect. This approach has enabled me to turn the impossible into reality in many trades and deliver numerous award-winning projects.

 

In sociology, religion and politics, I approach issues with the same direct, brutal and politically incorrect solutions. I believe that confronting uncomfortable truths head-on is necessary, as the politically incorrect facts we ignore today will become the crises of tomorrow, threatening the very existence of our planet and the well-being of future generations. By facing these realities now, we have the opportunity to prevent larger problems and secure a better future for all.

 

My books offer diverse perspectives and engaging stories that can appeal to people of different ages, backgrounds, and interests. Whether someone is looking for adventure, inspiration, creativity or knowledge, my books strive to provide something valuable for everyone, especially;

• Very young and ambitious entrepreneurs who are emerging as influential leaders, even generation still unborn, dedicated to the safety and security of our planet for at least the next century.

• Baby boomers, as the generation who played a significant role in shaping many of today’s social and economic structures, were often deeply involved in decisions and actions that contributed to the current chaotic situation.

 

Our shortcomings and fatal errors, if left unaddressed, will cost our country and our planet tremendously, with some consequences proving to be irreversible. The failure to act on critical issues will not only impact current generations but also jeopardize the well-being of those to come. It is imperative that we acknowledge these mistakes and take decisive action before the damage becomes permanent.

I rarely point out a problem without providing a practical solution for it, regardless of the project. It has always been my practice to inspect the project from 5:00 – 7:00 am before anybody shows up at work. Whether designing a project, managing hospitality, overseeing the construction of a mansion, or running an intelligence operation, I understand the importance of having a flawless plan in place by 5:00 AM. Without this level of preparedness, even a small misstep can trigger a chain reaction of setbacks that ripple through the days and weeks ahead. 

This is why I prioritize precision and efficiency, ensuring that every detail is addressed at the start of the day, to predict and anticipate future errors and complications and provide effective solutions for each one in advance.

I am not interested in fame. I have had it the way I enjoyed it and I still do. I am much more productive in my own privacy. The solitude always allows my mind to wander freely, unburdened by external expectations. I just hate to leave this planet without sharing my thoughts, which some are too provocative and centuries ahead of time. Perhaps, in sharing them now, I can spark conversations that inspire future generations to think differently and question the world around them.

 

I was fortunate to attend a high school whose principal allowed such a wild and controversial character to be part of the school and express my provocative opinions freely. Of course, I consistently earned perfect scores—100 (20) grades—in mathematics, geometry, physics, and chemistry. Later in life, he became my business partner, and together we ventured into the construction, hospitality and restaurant businesses in London, UK, creating a tapestry of unforgettable stories. In a twist of fate, 35 years later, the buyer of the historic mansion I designed and built in Greenwich Connecticut, USA turned out to be none other than a memorable customer from my London restaurant.

 

The combination of that freedom and my advanced understanding of mathematics and science provided a strong basis for me to challenge topics that were previously considered off-limits, most still are. Having the liberty to explore unconventional ideas, coupled with a deep knowledge of quantitative disciplines, allowed me to question established beliefs and push boundaries in areas often regarded as taboo or beyond the scope of traditional inquiry. Even today, many of these subjects remain sensitive or rarely discussed, but my background enables me to engage with them thoughtfully and rigorously, contributing meaningful insights to conversations that might otherwise be silenced.

 

In the majority of businesses I have been involved with, the stakes are extremely high—any simple mistake can have life-or-death consequences. Operating in businesses where life is in danger has instilled in me a deep sense of purpose and responsibility. No matter how challenging or high-stakes the situation—whether in projects, business ventures, or operational crises—I have always maintained a strict, zero-tolerance approach toward mistakes. 

​

I believe that even in the most demanding circumstances, a touch of humor can go a long way. Infusing humor doesn’t diminish the seriousness of the task at hand when zero-tolerance rule applies; instead, it helps to foster resilience, build camaraderie, and relieve stress for everyone involved. Interpersonal relationships play a significant role in communication, particularly when it comes to offering correction or criticism. ​The art of light-hearted conversation is a vital tool for maximizing both productivity and the joy of living.​ Where zero tolerance is not enforced and second chances are granted, humor can be risky and counterproductive.

From the winding, ancient alleys of Persia to my apartment nestled in the heart of Paris, the peaceful villa in Royan, France, apartment in Istanbul, my lively flat on Cromwell Road in London, and onward to the energetic tumult of New York City’s bustling streets, and heavenly peaceful Greenwich, Connecticut, my hometown, these are my unbelievable true stories, comments, criticism and solutions. Each chapter of my journey is woven with vibrant cultures, unforgettable encounters, and the lessons life graciously—or sometimes stubbornly—offered me along the way.
