CENTRAL APPALACHIAN METALLURGICAL
COAL PLATFORM
CAMC - Central Appalachian Metallurgical Coal Platform
CAMC is a long-established Central Appalachian metallurgical-coal producer with operations and infrastructure across the region. The transaction package currently presented to me is described as comprising five divisions with coal-preparation capability, unit-train loadout infrastructure, and rail transportation options serving East Coast export markets and domestic coke operations.
The package is represented as entirely bituminous metallurgical coal. One division is currently producing Low Vol A metallurgical coal, while a second is described as hot-idled with mining equipment and infrastructure in place for a rapid restart. Because the package includes an operating producing division, the acquisition is positioned to generate operating revenue from Day One, subject to closing and continuity of current production and sales. Current transaction materials also reference approximately $312 million in appraised equipment. The combination of immediate revenue potential, existing production, processing, logistics, and equipment makes CAMC a potential stand-alone acquisition as well as the anchor asset for the broader integrated platform described in Item 4.

INTEGRATED CENTRAL APPALACHIAN METALLURGICAL COAL PLATFORM
ICAM - Integrated Central Appalachian Metallurgical Coal Platform
This broader platform includes the opportunity described in Item 3 and expands it through adjoining mining operations, additional metallurgical-coal reserves, additional coal-preparation capacity, and access to a major U.S. coking operation. It should be viewed as a regional consolidation and vertical-integration strategy.
Current project materials describe a combined reserve base exceeding 900 million U.S. short tons and a potential operating life of more than 100 years, depending on recoverability, production rates, permitting, and final reserve verification. A consolidated platform of this scale can create value through coal blending, shared engineering and maintenance, centralized laboratories and permitting, common logistics, reduced infrastructure duplication, and greater flexibility in matching coal quality to steel and coke customers. Successful integration could also create future strategic-sale, recapitalization, or public-market optionality.

METALLURGICAL COAL AND MINERAL ESTATE
DNRG - Metallurgical Coal & Mineral Estate
This opportunity is centered in West Virginia and is described as comprising approximately 196,000 acres of owned coal and mineral interests. Approximately 46,000 acres are already leased to three producing operators, creating established lease and royalty income and positioning the acquisition to generate income from Day One.
The remaining approximately 150,000 acres provide substantial upside through additional leasing, company-operated mining, reserve development, or strategic joint ventures. The coal is described as metallurgical, including Low Vol A, Low Vol B, and Mid Vol A qualities. At an indicated investment of approximately $34.5 million, the opportunity combines immediate Day-One income, a very large owned mineral position, three producing leaseholders, and significant additional acreage that may be monetized or developed over time.
Price upon request.

METALLURGICAL COAL RESTART / ASSET OPPORTUNITY
CJMC - Metallurgical Coal Restart / Asset Opportunity
Prior transaction materials describe CJMC as a metallurgical-coal restart opportunity with two coal-preparation plants, seven load outs included with the facility, substantial mining equipment, and extensive permitted mining inventory. CJMC also has multiple deep-mine permits; its public operating profile identifies 12 permitted deep mines and eight permitted surface jobs, including two high wall systems, plus rail, barge and truck logistics. Virginia records also show reclamation bonds associated with CJMC permits, although current bond amounts and transfer status should be confirmed permit-by-permit.
Earlier materials referenced approximately $196 million in equipment and very rapid restart potential. Current ownership, asset package, equipment schedule, permit and bond status, and operating condition should be reconfirmed before final diligence.

INTEGRATED METALLURGICAL COAL,
PROCESSING & COKE-MARKET PLATFORM
Integrated Metallurgical Coal, Processing & Coke-Market Platform
The current opportunity is described as including acquisition of mineral reserves, a newly constructed coal-preparation plant, additional reserves available through current leasing arrangements, four underground mines, two surface mines, rail-loading capability, direct access to a nearby coking operation, and approximately $25 million in included equipment.
Prior detailed project materials have cited a reserve position of approximately 98.6 million metric tons of High Vol A and Low Vol A/B metallurgical coal. Existing processing, rail access, mine inventory, and proximity to a coke-market customer create a mine-to-market strategy that may shorten the path from production to sale and reduce the capital intensity associated with developing entirely new infrastructure.

METALLURGICAL COAL COMPLEX - VIRGINIA / WEST VIRGINIA
BMCC - Metallurgical Coal Complex - Virginia / West Virginia
This opportunity is described as an existing metallurgical-coal complex anchored by a coal-preparation plant, approximately 4,000 acres of permitted surface-mining area, a currently producing surface mine, and four large Low Vol A metallurgical-coal reserve blocks described at more than 20 million tons each. If confirmed, the four reserve blocks imply an aggregate reserve opportunity in excess of 80 million metric tons.
The combination of existing preparation infrastructure, permitted acreage, current production, and multiple large Low Vol A reserve blocks could create a near-term production and processing opportunity with substantial reserve-life potential. The value proposition is strongest if the plant, producing mine, reserve blocks, permits, and related equipment can be acquired or controlled together under one transaction.

RARE EARTH ELEMENTS AND COAL
AFRICA
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO RARE EARTH ELEMENTS AND COAL IN AFRICA
I am pleased to present an exclusive, off-market opportunity to acquire, present, or sell a substantial mineral-rich land position totaling 50,000 hectares, or approximately 124,000 acres, in an African country.
The portfolio contains rare earth elements (REEs), coal, anthracite, and thorium—resources that are increasingly important to global energy security, advanced manufacturing, and critical-minerals supply chains. The country also benefits from a stable political environment and a constructive relationship with the United States, creating a favorable backdrop for strategic investment and development.
The estimated value of the combined opportunity is in the billions of dollars, yet it is being offered at a fraction of that potential value. This creates a compelling entry point for a qualified buyer, investor, or strategic partner seeking exposure to high-demand critical minerals and energy resources before broader market awareness develops.
1. Rare Earth Elements and Thorium Area
This 500-hectare site represents a highly attractive rare earth and thorium opportunity. Reported thorium grades range from 364 grams per ton up to 2,414 grams per ton, accompanied by approximately 100 grams of rare earths per ton. These concentrations position the site as a potentially strategic resource for parties seeking long-term access to materials used in energy, defense, advanced technology, and industrial applications.
In addition to the underlying resource potential, we have developed a machine designed to extract thorium, rare earths, and heavy metals from iron ore, coal, and black sands. This processing capability may provide an important value-creation pathway by supporting recovery of multiple high-value materials from existing mineral streams.
The estimated value of this site is approximately US$1.3 billion, based on the available information and resource assumptions.
2. Anthracite Claim
The anthracite claim covers 20,000 hectares and offers substantial scale. Approximately one quarter of the site has already been valued and drilled, providing a meaningful technical foundation for further evaluation. The in-situ resource is reported at 118,800,000 tons, with a mineable resource of 107 million tons per seam across four seams, for a total of 535 million tons. At a conservative value of US$5 per ton, the estimated value is approximately US$2.14 billion.
Importantly, additional upside may exist in the overburden, which contains gold, diamonds, rare earths, and lithium-6. These materials have not yet been valued, meaning the current estimate may not fully reflect the broader mineral potential of the site.

NOTE - Anthracite and Thorium
Anthracite and thorium represent the opposite ends of the energy spectrum: one is the highest grade of fossil fuel, while the other is a promising next-generation nuclear fuel
The most prominent connection between the two in energy physics is the massive gap in their energy density.
-
Anthracite is the densest, highest-quality coal available, composed of 86% to 97% carbon. It possesses an incredibly high heating value compared to standard coals.
-
Thorium is a weakly radioactive element that can be utilized in Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactors (LFTRs) to undergo nuclear breeding into fissile Uranium-233.
According to nuclear physics calculations popular among alternative energy advocates, one cubic meter of average Earth crust contains enough thorium to yield the energy equivalent of 50 to 77 cubic meters of anthracite coal if processed through a liquid fuel reactor. Even common granite containing trace thorium holds an energy potential tens of times greater than an equivalent mass of pure coal.
Conclusion
Together, these opportunities combine scale, scarcity, and strategic relevance. They offer exposure to critical minerals, metallurgical coal, and potential by-product materials at a time when governments, manufacturers, and investors are increasingly focused on secure supply chains and resource independence. The opportunity is further strengthened by existing technical work, planned or available processing capabilities, transportation and logistics access, and multiple paths to value creation through operating assets rather than purely speculative greenfield development.
Detailed engineering reports, reserve information, maps, equipment schedules, permit materials, and due-diligence documentation are available or are being assembled for qualified parties.
