I guaranty that a 72,000 Gallons per month facility will cost much less than $200,000 in Kazakhstan. I believe with the proposed $500,000; we can easily complete a 150,000 gallons per month blending and production facility in almost any country.
    

2. At this time and available subject to prior sale, we have access to refurbished tanks in the U.S. at around 50% discount, but I always use the best to last.
