We are currently undergoing a comprehensive restructuring, expansion, and upgrade of our BioNeat production facility located in Florida. These enhancements are aimed at optimizing operational efficiency. By increasing our production capacity, we will be able to better serve domestic market and introduce BioNeat products to new sectors, including retail, organic pet care, pest management, hospitality, and human health. This initiative positions us to respond to evolving market demands and deliver innovative solutions across a broader range of industries.

 

We anticipate that our new blending and production facilities in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and South America will be fully operational by July 15, 2026. In the interim, our facility in Florida will continue to supply up to 150,000 gallons of concentrate monthly until the completion of the new facilities overseas.

 

We are also planning to offer retail and online opportunities toward the end of 2026. At this time, we only offer a Formula Exclusivity Agreement at US$5 million and annual supply agreements with large industrial entities.

 

After a careful evaluation and comparison studies, we decided to increase our price to $26.50 per gallon concentrate delivered any safe world port, starting 06/20/2026. Price subject to change without notice.
