Global Projects and Proposals
Consultation and Working Requirements
We allocate up to a maximum of two hours, free of charge, to conduct preliminary due diligence on the authenticity of each project or proposal submitted directly to us by the principals. This initial review helps determine whether the project meets our internal standards and requirements. We may consider projects or proposals submitted by third parties or intermediaries on a case-by-case basis.
Following the successful completion of this preliminary due diligence, an initial refundable good-faith retainer is required in an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the project’s value, determined on a case-by-case basis. This retainer enables us to proceed with a comprehensive evaluation of the project or proposal and signifies the client’s commitment to the process.
Upon satisfactory evaluation, we will present a Consultation and Working Agreement, which will remain open to revision by the principal of the project, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement regarding all terms.
Should the project or proposal fail to pass our final evaluation or due diligence, the client’s good-faith retainer will be refunded within seven working days.
Under no circumstances will we accept any project or proposal submitted by third parties, intermediaries, representatives, agents or legal counsels acting on behalf of principals.
Global projects and proposals require a comprehensive approach to consultation and working requirements to ensure effective collaboration. Successful project execution depends on clear communication, alignment of objectives, and adherence to international standards and regulations. Teams must establish protocols for engagement, define roles and responsibilities, and implement transparent decision-making processes.
Consultation should involve all relevant parties, including local authorities and industry experts, to gather valuable input and address potential challenges early in the project lifecycle. Working requirements may include compliance with legal frameworks, cultural sensitivity, risk management strategies, and the use of appropriate technologies and methodologies. Regular progress reviews, documentation, and feedback mechanisms help maintain accountability and foster continuous improvement.
